30-day defective device guarantee
If your Mwah 1G all-in-one arrives auto-firing, will not charge or does not work out of the box, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
How to request a replacement
Send your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps) through our contact page. Choose "Defective pen / replacement" as the topic.
What is not covered
Pens that have been used up, damaged after delivery, left in extreme heat or cold, or opened and tampered with are not covered. Because these are consumable THC products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for a refund.
Wholesale orders
For wholesale packs, report any defective units within 30 days of delivery and we will replace them in your next order or ship them separately.
